Barbara L. McClain, President of McClain Contracting, is a customer service oriented
entrepreneur. She is married to William McClain, together they have one son, Timothy Kevin
McClain and two grandchildren. Barbara knows the meaning of hard work as she has held
occupations ranging from cashier, bookkeeper, salesperson, manager, and owner. These
differing levels of responsibility have given her the ability to see a project from all perspectives and
appreciate what her employees’ knowledge and dedication bring to the table. Family is very
important to Barbara as all members of her family have been and are currently involved in the

layouts, project files, equipment purchases, and the general day to day operation of the company.

Timothy “Kevin” McClain, Vice-President/Director of Operations of McClain Contracting,
is a go-getter with a no nonsense attitude. Kevin is a lifelong resident of Andalusia and is married
to Angie McClain. Together they have two daughters. Kevin is a hands on person who you will not
see dressed up in a suit and tie, but in his boots and jeans wearing a hardhat. He has held several
positions growing up that have enabled him the knowledge of hard work and the tenacity to get a
job done right the first time. Kevin has worked all aspects of McClain Contracting including: project
bids, project layouts, project construction, equipment purchase, and general day to day operation
of the company. Kevin also manages the pre-cast concrete yard manufacturing concrete bridge
components for state and federal contracts. Once you have Kevin on your job site, you will see the
job get done right and on time.
